Whether it’s a general question or a session specific questio here you will find all the answers to my most frequently asked question ~ Photo Shoot FAQ’s Carmarthenshire
General Photo Shoot FAQ’s Carmarthenshire
I have photographed babies and children with disabilities previously, with disabilities that include not being able to sit unsupported.
Obviously I would need to talk to you first, so that I can understand more about your childs’ disability, and and how we would need to accomodate that in your session. But please do not hesitate to get in touch to talk things through. You and your child deserve some beautiful memories to hang on your walls!
advertising, use on websites, social media, leaflets, posters or by any other means in print and online.
If you wish to remain annonymous please advise prior to your session, and your name/s will not be mentioned. However when posting to social media, I find that many clients love to tag themselves and share their images with their friends and family.
Order’s and Payment FAQ’s
At your ordering appointment you will be required to make a 1st installment of 50% of your order total. The balance can then be spread into 3 manageable installments.
Newborn Photo Shoot FAQ’s
I take bookings from your 20 week scan, so please contact me to check availability for your due date. Upon booking you will only be reserving your due date for now, and once baby actually arrives we set an actual date for the session ideally between 5-21days old.
Upon booking you will only be ‘reserving’ your due date for now. We set an actual date for the session once baby makes his/her appearance into the world!
Your session would ideally be set for between 5-21days old. Obviously there will be some circumstances where this is not possible – but please do not worry, we will still get gorgeous images of your baby no matter when!
As my diary is limited each month for newborn sessions I suggest booking as early as possible to avoid dissapointment.
Such as spare nappies, milk (if bottle fed), burping cloth, dummy/soother, etc.
As sessions can last a few hours I also suggest a snack for yourself to keep you going! I have tea and coffee making facilities in the studio as well as water – if you would rather an alternative refreshment please bring that along too.
Cake Smash Photo Shoot FAQ’s
Whatever you decide, we will discuss this prior to your session.
Regardless of your decision to use an outfit of your own or use one of mine; Please remeber to bring a smart outfit for the first section of the session. I advise bringing it rather than wearing it in case of any little ‘accidents’ on the way
Your smart/favourite outfit for your little one to be photographed in to start
Your baby’s normal bubble bath if you would like to put it in the tub for splash time
Your babies favourite toy to help them feel at ease.
Your normal teething remedy just in case!
If your using your own outfit for the smash – don’t forget to bring that along too!
You are likely to get a bit messy yourself, and undoubtedly get cake on your clothes, or wet from tub time – so if your planning on going anywhere afterwards, then you may wish to bring some spare clothes to change in to!
